TERMS AND CONDITIONS

for attending the “Minecraft Experience”

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) apply to attendance at “Minecraft Experience” events and to the purchase of tickets and products in connection with these events.

The contracting party is the organiser identified during the ticketing process (“we”, “us”).

2. Conclusion of Contract and Services

The purchase of a ticket constitutes a contract for attendance at the booked event.

The scope of services is set out in the relevant event description.

We are entitled to adjust the running of the event for objective reasons, provided that this does not significantly alter the overall character of the event.

3. Admission and Conduct on the Event Premises

Upon entering the event, visitors undertake to comply with the applicable safety and conduct rules.

In particular, the following is prohibited:

  • Smoking (including e-cigarettes),
  • Carrying dangerous objects or weapons,
  • Bringing food and drink onto the premises (unless expressly permitted),
  • Discriminatory, offensive or violent behaviour.

We reserve the right to remove visitors from the premises in the event of breaches of these rules or where there is a valid reason (in particular, endangering other persons or disrupting the course of the event).

4. Age Restrictions

Children up to the age of 14 may only attend the event when accompanied by an adult.

We reserve the right to request proof of age.

5. Photography, Film and Audio Recordings

Photographs and video recordings may be taken during the event.

These may be used for reporting purposes and to promote future events.

Visitors who do not wish to be recorded please speak to staff on site.

Private recordings are permitted for personal use only. Commercial recordings are not permitted.

6. Safety and Participation

The event may contain immersive elements (e.g. lighting, sound or projection effects).

Visitors are obliged to follow the instructions of the staff.

Participation is subject to the usual risks associated with an event.

7. Tickets

Tickets are valid exclusively for the booked date. Visitors are required to arrive on time. In the event of late arrival, there is no entitlement to admission or a replacement ticket.

Tickets are generally non-refundable. Rebookings – when available – may be made up to 48 hours before the booked date and may be subject to fees. If rebooking to a more expensive date, the price difference must be paid. No refund will be given for rebooking to a cheaper date. Rebookings are subject to availability. Rebooking in the form of gift vouchers or credit is not possible.

If the event is cancelled, a refund or rebooking will be provided.

A no-show does not constitute a cancellation.

8. Right of Withdrawal

There is no right of withdrawal pursuant to §18 Abs 1 Z 10 FAGG, as these are services relating to leisure activities with a fixed date.

9. Products

Where products are offered as part of the event, the statutory warranty rights apply.

Returns are only possible in accordance with the conditions communicated on site.

10. Intellectual Property

All content of the event and the associated media (e.g. designs, trademarks, software, audiovisual content) are protected by copyright.

11. Liability

We shall be liable without limitation for damages resulting from injury to life, limb or health, as well as for damages arising from intent or gross negligence.

In the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations) due to simple negligence, our liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.

Otherwise, liability for breaches of duty due to simple negligence is excluded.

Liability under the Product Liability Act remains unaffected.

12. Availability and Changes to Services

We are entitled to change or adapt individual services, provided this is necessary for objective reasons and is reasonable for visitors.

13. Data Protection

Information on the processing of personal data can be found in our Privacy Policy.

14. Final Provisions

Austrian law applies, to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version is available on our website. It is your responsibility to keep yourself informed of any changes. Continued use of our services shall be deemed acceptance of the amended terms and conditions.

If you are a consumer, the statutory places of jurisdiction shall apply.

Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
